When I brought my truck in, it had several scratches and was very dull and color. After Chase did a two stage color correction and a ceramic coating the truck looks brand new again. I would recommend them for any detailed needs.

My experience at Michaels Detailing was awesome. The paint on my old hot rod isn’t the best but these guys made it look amazing. Chase and his crew are both professional and extremely knowledgeable. They gave my old Buick a fresh new look and I think she may be a tad bit quicker..😎

Michael's Auto Detailing is the only place I take my 3 cars for detailing. I have tried many other places in Polk county and Michael's by far is the best!!!!!!!

I've always done my own detailing and even worked with ceramic before. When I bought my new car in December I decided to hire someone to do the work instead. I did some research and found Michael's Auto Detailing. I contacted them and Chase asked me to bring the car in for a quote. It was a fair price for the work that would be done so we scheduled a day to bring it in. I brought it on a Monday morning and picked it up Tuesday afternoon. I was floored at his good it looked. It was even better than when it was delivered by the dealer the previous month. Pics do not do it justice but I'll post anyway. I had to wait a little bit before I could wash it. When I finally did I could really see the effectiveness of the ceramic. The beading and water sheeting was superb. I also noticed how little dirt had accumulated on the wheels. BMW is notorious for the excessive brake dust. The ceramic really helped keep the dust from sticking to the wheels which makes it much easier to clean. Chase and his team were very thorough and professional. They did an amazing job. Chase is a great guy and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend them.

Always does a great job on my car and my husband’s! They take the time to get dog hair out if you have the fur babies. I also got my car ceramic coated and it shines better than the day we got it! We regularly get my husband’s truck seats shampooed since it’s used like a work truck and they do the best and never slack off like our past detailers. Our cars are ALWAYS perfect when we pick them up. We used to be a mobile service only customer, but they are WORTH driving to and dropping off 100%! They do not disappoint!

Now here is a place that takes real pride in the work they do. I was looking for a place that would detail my car and really make it look like it came out the showroom and this place is it. The guys at Michael’s did one hell of a job and I didn’t want to drive the car because it looked that good. Both inside and out just an outstanding job they did. I am so pleased with the job they did and will have them clean my vehicle for the upkeep of my car. I have also told friends of mine to use there services.

Just stop looking and go here. I have no loyalty to this place at all. That said, I just threw out a bunch of my own detailing chemicals and equipment because I have the love and attention to detail, but I just don't have the time. These guys met those high expectations. Bringing my wife's car there in two weeks. Plan to go every 6 months. What a wonderful job they did. Just as important, they were kind, respectful, and punctual.

I am a fellow detailer and found mysepf needing a pad to finish a job on a Saturday. Chase called me back quickly and told me just to come on by and get one. He does a great job and his customers are lucky to have him. First class is all I'm gonna say.

This is the only place in Lakeland to get your car detailed. Chase does amazing work and really pays attention to detail. I had a C7 with 12k miles and chase did a full decontamination , light polish /correction followed by a 5 yr ceramic coating. The car looks amazing, the paint now has much more depth and gloss. He also polished out some pretty bad oxidation on a gloss plastic trim runner board which now looks new. As far as cost, his prices are very reasonable. About 3 yrs ago I had a brand new Shelby GT350 that had full paint correction and ceramic coating in Tampa. It cost me 2X as much compared to chases prices and chases quality is just as good. More importantly Chase is a great guy. He was a pleasure to work with and always kept his word. This will be the only detail shop I take my cars to from now on. Thanks Chase ! 2023 update : Chase is still the best in town. I just got my GT500 back with amazing results. I really appreciate the attention to detail. If you are going anywhere else in Lakeland you are wasting your time. Thanks again Chase !

First time I used Mike's detailing. WOW!!! I bought a preowned Frontier 2 yrs ago. Great truck, but it had what looked like water stains all over the seats. It drove me nuts. Not only did they get out the stains, but they corrected the mess I made trying to clean them myself. My truck looks fantastic inside and out. Thinking about trading your vehicle?? Don't bother.
